Booking Cancellation & Refund Policy

Customers may cancel their taxi booking by contacting our support team through phone, WhatsApp, or email.

Cancellation Terms

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time may be eligible for a full or partial refund depending on the booking type.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the pickup time may incur cancellation charges.
  • Refund eligibility may vary for customized tour packages, holiday packages, peak season bookings, and special travel arrangements.
  • No refund will be provided for completed trips or unused travel services after the trip has started.

Refund Process

Once your cancellation request is received and verified, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5โ€“10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Changes & Rescheduling

Customers may request date or time changes for confirmed bookings subject to vehicle availability.

Additionally, rescheduling requests made close to the pickup time may incur additional charges.
